Battle Creek’s Daniel Rockett (Texas-San Antonio) clubbed two home runs helping the Bombers to a Game One victory against Mankato in the Summer Collegiate World Series. Rockett’s blasts came in consecutive innings with a solo shot in the 5th and a two-run bomb in the 6th. The Sugar Land, Texas native finished the game 3-for-4 with three RBI and three runs scored. He now has three home runs in three games this postseason.
