The Willmar Stingers will begin their 2011 season with seven players from 2010. The Stingers recently announced that a core group of the 2010 roster will be back in Willmar for the organizations 2nd season.

The Stingers are coming off an impressive 2010 season as they finished 39-31 overall and narrowly missed the NWL playoffs.

The Stingers will be bringing back seven position players and two pitchers. Sean Dwyer (Florida Gulf Coast), a key contributor in 2010, was drafted in the 15th round by the Padres but plans on attending college and playing another year in Willmar.
