Bombers walk away with a win, with a score of 2-1, in the first of two games at C.O Stadium. The Express headed out to a lead of 1-0 but could not get anything after that.

During the top of the fourth Zenn hit a line drive to center to get on base. Towey walked on base to put runners at first and second. Towey and Zenn advance on a passed ball.  Bottom of the fourth Parker Berberet hits a shot back to the wall going for two bases with one out.  Rudy Jaramillo bawks for Berberet to make his way to third base.

Morris got on base from a walk, stole second, and made it to third on an error. Morris  scores a run on a  wild pitch to put the Express up by 1 in the fifth inning. Nolan Fadness hit to short right field getting on base and advancing Drew Heithoff to third base.

To start off the bottom of the fifth Beau Didier singled.  Sean Deegan gets to second base on an error by the second baseman. Josh Rosecrans hits a single to center field scoring Didier to score, and tying the game at one a piece. Zenn makes an amazing dive to make the last out of the inning, looking like he could have broken his wrist.

Didier hits Noble Enriquez in to put the Bombers ahead 2-1. Martinez hit to right field to advance Didier all with two outs.

Two Express players get on with a walk and a infield hit, and both are able to steal to third and second. A short hit by Fadness went to Josh Lyon and he threw home to make sure the run did not score. James Jones walks Zenn to load the bases with two outs, but Enriquez makes the assist Lyon to end the inning.
