The Northwoods League is pleased to announce the launch of NWL Mobile, a mobile website designed to give fans quick access to important and timely information about the Northwoods League. The new NWL Mobile site allows fans to see scores, standings, stats, video, and play Northwoods League Fantasy Baseball.

The new NWL mobile site comes with a mobile-friendly version of Pointstreak’s ‘GAME LIVE’ feature, which displays real-time scores and stats. With ‘GAME LIVE’, there is no need to refresh your browser during live games to see updates. Every pitch, the count, etc. will appear automatically as they happen live at the baseball diamond.

The NWL Mobile site also allows you access to the NWL blog, ‘The Hot Corner’ to keep you updated on the latest news and stories across the league.  Fans can also access the NWL’s Facebook and Twitter pages from the mobile site to see the newest information about the NWL. 

Currently, NWL Mobile is available for iPhone, iPod Touch, and Android 2.0 and is under development for BlackBerry phones.  For most smart phones, go to www.northwoodsleague.com and the website will automatically recognize that you’re logging on from a phone and send you to NWL Mobile. From a BlackBerry, go to m.pointstreak.com and search \”Northwoods\” to get the most recent NWL scores and stats.
