The Battle Creek Bombers are adding to their front office with Marketing Manager, Liz Perkins. Perkins comes to the Bombers from Georgia Southern University where she pursued her Sport Management degree. In the past, she has volunteered with the Family Circle Cup (Charleston, South Carolina), Georgia Southern Athletics (Statesboro, Georgia), Liberty Mutual Legends Golf Tournament (Savannah, Georgia), FedEx Saint Jude Classic (Memphis, Tennessee), and various other sporting events. She brings new and fresh ideas to the Bombers and can’t wait for her first season.

“I am ready to take everything I have learned and put it into action for the Bombers.” Perkins said. “Everybody in Battle Creek has welcomed me with open arms, and I am honored to be working with the Bombers this season.” Perkins said.

“Adding Liz to the front office will benefit the entire staff from top to bottom.” said GM Brian Colopy.  “This is a very critical position that we wanted to add to our staff this offseason and we are thrilled that Liz is here.”

The Bombers are slated to start their season June 1^st, 2011 against the Waterloo Bucks
