The Battle Creek Bombers are pleased to announce the hiring of their new Ticket Sales Manager, Tim Lillis.  Lillis comes to Battle Creek out of Grand Valley State where he received a degree in Sport Management.  While at Grand Valley State, Lillis was an active member of the student body, traveled to Des Moines, IA to work with the Iowa Cubs Triple-A baseball franchise, and was a part of one of Grand Valley’s first Sport Management graduating classes.  A former baseball player, Lillis brings a wealth of sales and business experience to the Bombers this season as they embark on their fifth season.  His experience makes him an exciting addition to the Bombers’ front office for 2011.

“Tim is a much needed addition to our staff.  He has a very impressive baseball knowledge and will do a great job taking care of our season ticket holders and organizing some great group nights in 2011.” said Bombers General Manager Brian Colopy.

“This opportunity with the Battle Creek Bombers and the Northwoods League is just what I’ve dreamed of doing in the sports industry in West Michigan. I have grown up learning and loving baseball in this area and the Bombers are giving me a great chance to show what I can do.” said Lillis.
