Bombers Individual Tickets on Sale Monday, Promotional Calendar Scheduled for Release

Battle Creek, Mich- The Battle Creek Bombers announced today that they will be releasing Opening Day and individual game tickets as well as their much anticipated 2014 promotional schedule on Monday, May 12th at 10 am. Individual tickets can be reserved by calling the Bombers front office at (269)-962-0735 or by visiting their offices at 189 Bridge Street in Battle Creek. 

The Bombers full 2014 promotional schedule is also planned to be released to the general public on Monday morning. It is filled with more big-ticket giveaways and national entertainment acts than ever before. Each day of the week will have its own theme, including such staples as Thirsty Thursday and Saturday Night Fireworks. However, the Bombers will also announce some very unique and new weekly themes as well. A full promotions schedule will be posted in the Schedule tab under Promotions on the Bombers website starting Monday. Additionally, stay tuned to the Bombers social media accounts for further updates on Monday morning.

Opening day for the 2014 season will be on Thursday, May 29th, against the Kalamazoo Growlers. Reserved seats for all games against Kalamazoo, as well as for major giveaway nights and national entertainment act nights are expected to go quickly; so the team recommends fans plan in advance and purchase their tickets right away. Opening Night is just twenty days away.

The Battle Creek Bombers are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. Playing its 21st season of summer collegiate baseball, the Northwoods League is the largest organized baseball league in the world with 18 teams, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 115 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer (DET) and MLB All-Stars Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYM), Allen Craig (STL) and Ben Zobrist (TB).
