Battle Creek, Mich. – The Battle Creek Bombers offense erupted for 12 runs on 17 hits in game two against the Kenosha Kingfish, as they would sweep the Kingfish with a 12-3 victory Thursday night.

The Bombers (22-15) swept Kenosha for the first time this season, as they would end their season series with the Kingfish 4-4.

The Bombers used TJ Shook (Oakland University) and Alex Smith (University of Memphis) out of the bullpen.

The sweep of Kenosha is the seventh series sweep this season for Battle Creek.
