The Battle Creek Bombers and the Green Bay Bullfrogs faced off in game one of three last night, with the Bullfrogs coming out on top, 6-3.
Parker Berberet was able to score in the second inning after being walked on base, advanced with a sacrafice bunt, and then made it home on an error to give the Bombers a 1-0 lead.
The Bullfrogs answered right back in the bottom of the second inning with four runs putting the up by three. They left two on base as the inning ended.
Navarro Hall hit a triple in the fifth inning and was able to score on a ground out to make the game 4-2. The Bombers got one more run, while the Bullfrogs added two more. The final was 6-3 in Green Bay.
Parker Berberet had a great night as he went three-for-three at bat.
