Dirtbag Pitcher Comes to Rochester

(ROCHESTER, MN) The Rochester Honkers Baseball Club announced the signing of Andrew Gagnon, a 6-foot-2, 186-pound freshman right-handed pitcher from Long Beach State. Gagnon is the first player from Long Beach State to call the Honkers home in the summer.

Currently Gagnon is 3-5 with a 5.50 ERA. He has appeared in 10 games, 9 of them starts, pitching 54 innings and striking out 35.

Gagnon graduated from Liberty High School in Brentwood, CA where he lettered all four years. He finished his senior season hitting .371 with 17 RBIs and also posted a 1.58 ERA, earning him All-County (East Bay) honors.
