Brainerd’s Michael Kvasnicka (Minnesota) and Madison’s Jerrud Sabourin (Indiana) have been added to the Northwoods League All-Star rosters. They replace Alexandria’s Tim Roberson (Florida Gulf Coast) and Madison’s Mark Ginther (Oklahoma St.) who will not be able to participate.

The versatile Sabourin has made 21 starts in left field and 14 starts at first base for the Mallards. The left-handed hitting Hoosier is batting .290 with 4 doubles, one home run, and 13 RBI thus far for the Mallards. On the road Sabourin is hitting .333 (22-for-66) with 7 RBI.

The pair will now head to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada for the Northwoods League All-Star Game to be played on Tuesday, July 21 at 5:05 p.m. (CST).
