Cody Barnes (Florida Atlantic) led the Willmar Stingers over the St. Cloud River Bats by throwing a two hitter over 5.0 innings. Barnes will go into the record books for the Stingers for having the first win in Willmar history. Tony Mueller (Winona State) also threw extremely well for the La Crosse Loggers against Madison getting the win tossing six solid innings and limiting the Mallards to three runs.
