Green Bay 7, Waterloo 5
Waterloo jumped out to a 5-0 lead after two innings, but the Bullfrogs put up six runs in the third to take the lead 6-5 and eventually the game 7-5.  The Bullfrogs scored six runs off All-Star pitchers Jared Wagoner (Butler) who took the loss.  Justin Lambert earned the win while Brian Burgess earned his fifth save of the season.  Landon Anderson (Dallas Baptist) was a perfect 3-for-3 in the loss for the Bucks. 

Wisconsin 8, Battle Creek 2
The Woodchucks used four two run innings to beat the Battle Creek Bombers 8-2 at Athletic Park.  Wisconsin had four players with multi-hit games and were led by designated hitter Jamie Bruno who had three hits and two RBI.  Woodchucks starting pitcher Chris Licon earned his fourth win of the season after throwing 7.2 innings of two run baseball. 

Rochester 7, Mankato 5
The Rochester Honkers defeated the Mankato MoonDogs by the score of 7-5 at Mayo Field in Rochester on Friday night.  Jimmy Waters (Kansas) led the offense, finishing 2-for-4 on the night with three runs and an RBI off a solo blast to right field.  Dan Pellegrino (UC Riverside) also recorded a two-hit night, including a two-RBI single with two outs in the bottom of the sixth.  Getting the start on the mound for the Honkers was David Hurlbut (Cal St. Fullerton), who pitched 6.0 innings, surrendering four runs. 

Brainerd 2, Thunder Bay 0
Kyle Teague (Oakland) was impressive in his last start of the season for the Brainerd Lakes Area Lunkers.  Teague threw an 8.0 inning two-hit shutout against Thunder Bay.  The Lunkers offense came from Russ Hopkins (Rutgers) who had two hits and two RBI.  The Border Cats starting pitcher Corey Pappel (Cornell-NY) threw 7.1 innings of two run baseball, but took the loss. 

Madison 7, Wisconsin Rapids 3
The Madison Mallards used a five run eighth inning to come from behind and beat the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters in Madison.  The Mallards used five RBI from Jon Pierre Garcia (Southeastern CC) as he had two hits on the night.  J.R. Graham (Santa Clara) earned the win in relief throwing 2.0 innings of one-hit baseball.  The Rafters leadoff batter Matt Cornwell had three hits in the loss. 

Duluth 13, Willmar 4
The Duluth Huskies jumped out to a 9-2 lead after three innings and took the game 13-4.  The Huskies bats were hot as they had 18 hits, eight for extra bases.  Third basemen Cody Asche (Nebraska) was 2-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBI while Jeff Reynolds (Harvard) had three hits and three RBI.  Duluth starting pitcher Conner Hulse (Harvard) earned the win after only allowing three runs.  Stingers catcher Anthony Bemboom (Creighton) had two hits and two RBI in the loss. 

St. Cloud 5, Alexandria 2 
Jason Wheeler improved his record to 7-0 as he beat the Alexandria Beetles 5-2 in front of 1,384 fans.  Wheeler threw 7.0 innings of six-hit baseball while only allowing two runs and striking out ten Beetles.  Andrew Aplin (Arizona State) and Devon Rodriguez (California-Berkeley) both had two hits to lead the offense.  The Beetles leftfielder Will Miller (Furman) had two hits in the loss. 

Eau Claire 5, La Crosse 4
The Eau Claire Express beat the La Crosse Loggers 5-4 despite a valiant comeback for the Loggers as they posted three run ninth inning.  The Express were leading 5-1 after the top of the ninth when the Loggers provided an impressive comeback, but Evan Zerff (Long Island) earned his sixth save of the season throwing 0.2 innings while only allowing one hit and no runs.  The Loggers Tony Mueller (Winona State) had three hits and an RBI in the loss.
