Eau Claire 6, Rochester 0
The Eau Claire Express shut out the Rochester Honkers 6-0 Friday night in game one of the Summer Collegiate World Series.  Eau Claire scored two runs in the 1st inning to take the 2-0 lead and never looked back. 

The Express were ahead 2-0 and scored four in the 7th to take the 6-0 lead.  Rudy Jaramillo threw a complete game four hitter and struck out seven Honkers.  Eau Claire knocked out ten hits on the night while Nathan Orf had a great night at the plate again as he drove in three runs.  Leadoff hitter Nolan Fadness scored two runs and had two hits in the win.  The Honkers Andrew Mendenhall had two hits in the loss for Rochester. 

The Honkers and Express face off in game two of the Summer Collegiate World Series Saturday in Rochester at 7:05 PM.
