The Mallards are excited to announce the team has signed Cameron Booser (pictured left) and Tony Bryant (pictured right), a pair of pitchers from Oregon State University for the 2011 season.

Cameron Booser, a freshman left-handed pitcher from Milton, Washington, was rated as the No. 4 high school player in the state of Washington by Baseball Northwest. As a senior he hit .475 with eleven extra-base hits and 40 RBI. A year earlier as a junior, Booser hit .481 with sixteen extra-base hits and 24 RBI. On the mound he was 5-1 with a 1.73 ERA in eight appearances.

Tony Bryant, a sophomore right-handed pitcher from Kennewick, Washington, pitched in 14 games as a freshman and posted a 4.64 ERA over 19.1 innings.  At Kennewick High School, Bryant earned Pitcher of the Year honors twice and was named to the All-State Team twice as well.  After his senior season, Bryant was drafted in the 25th round of the Major League Baseball Draft by the Minnesota Twins but elected to attend Oregon State.
