John Haberman (Pacific) was a perfect 4-for-4 Thursday night for the Willmar Stingers. The left-handed hitting 1st basemen drove in two runs and improved his batting average to .355 with his four hit night. Haberman’s perfect night helped the Stingers upend the St. Cloud River Bats 4-3 at Bill Taunton Stadium.
Shaun Cooper (Utah) of the Mankato MoonDogs was also a perfect 4-for-4 on the night as the MoonDogs beat the Beetles 7-1.
