Scott Lieser (St. Cloud State) set a Willmar Stingers record with a ten-strike out performance against the Mankato MoonDogs Friday night in Willmar in a 3-1 victory. The 6’3" 190-pound right-hander went 7 2/3 innings allowing five hits, two walks, and one run. The Browerville, Minnesota native struck out Mankato slugger Shaun Cooper (Utah) three times in the game. It was Lieser’s third win of the season.
