The 6-foot 4-inch 200-pound righty fanned eight batters, walked just one and allowed only one unearned run on three hits to pick up his first win of the season. The St. Cloud, Minnesota native lowered his ERA to 4.01 in the effort that eliminated Willmar from playoff contention.
