Waterloo, IA – The Waterloo Bucks have announced infielder Sean Borman will return to play for the Bucks in 2012. Borman, a junior at St. Cloud State University, is the seventh player to be named to Waterloo’s roster for the team’s 18th season.
 
Last season for the Bucks, Borman joined the team on June 29 and played in 42 games. The 6’2", 225-pounder hit .264 with three home runs, 25 RBI, and a .376 on-base percentage. Borman saw the majority of his playing time at third base.

"I’m excited to come back and play for the Bucks for another season," said Borman.

Last season, Borman played at Des Moines Area Community College for former Waterloo field manager Dan Fitzgerald where he hit .338 with seven home runs and 50 RBI. A native of Minnetonka, Minnesota, Borman started in 64 of the 65 games he played and finished the year with a .515 slugging percentage and a .466 on-base percentage.

Born November 13, 1990, Borman attended Hopkins High School in Minnetonka. Sean is the son of Jeff and Deb Borman.
