Waterloo, IA – The Waterloo Bucks, a member of the Northwoods League, have announced the signing of first baseman Jimmy Risi to their roster for the 2012 season. Risi (pronounced REE-see), a junior at Butler University, is the 16th player to be named to Waterloo’s roster for the team’s 18th season. The left-handed hitter joins fellow Bulldog Kyle Kramp on the team this summer.
This season for Butler, Risi is hitting .333 (2-for-6) in two games played. The 5’10", 220-pounder has one RBI on the young season and has scored one run.
