WAUSAU, Wis. (June 12, 2012) – Wisconsin Woodchucks closing pitcher Max Ising (Creighton) earned the honor of Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night for Tuesday, June 12.

Ising finished off the nine innings of shutout baseball put together by the Wisconsin pitching staff. He did so in dominating fashion as he allowed no hits, runs or walks and struck out the side. Ising picks up his second save for the Woodchucks this season.

Wisconsin will travel to Wisconsin Rapids on Wednesday where they will play the Rafters in a 7:05 p.m. start.
