MEQUON, Wis. (June 20, 2012) – Wisconsin Woodchucks third baseman Madison Carter (Grayson CC) was named the Northwoods League Player of the Night for Wednesday, June 20. 

Carter went an impressive 5-for-6 at the plate with two RBI and three runs scored. Carter also recorded his first stolen base of the season. It was Carter’s second game for the Woodchucks and improved his batting average to .636.

The Woodchucks would go on to win, 15-11. They will now travel to Battle Creek, Mich. to face the Bombers on Thursday for a 7:05 p.m. ET.
