MANKATO, Minn. (July 14, 2012) – Willmar Stingers second baseman Kenny Roberts (Alabama) earned Northwoods League Player of the Night for Saturday, July 14.
Roberts was 2-for-3 with four RBI and two runs scored. He also drew a walk. He would hit two home runs in the game to give him 11 on the season and the four RBI now gives him 33 on the year.
The Stingers won the game 7-2. The Stingers will host the Waterloo Bucks on Sunday for a 6:05 p.m. start.
