WAUSAU, Wis. (August 5, 2012) – Wisconsin Rapids Rafters starting pitcher Augey Bill (Arizona) earned the honor of Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night for Sunday, August 5.
Bill threw seven innings and allowed just one run on three hits and striking out nine Wisconsin batters. Bill received a no-decision. He is currently 2-2 with a 2.56 ERA.
The Woodchucks won the game 4-2. Wisconsin Rapids will host the Woodchucks on Monday for a 7:05 p.m. start.
