THUNDER BAY, Ontario (August 9, 2012) – Duluth Huskies designated hitter Wade Wass (Meridian CC) earned Northwoods League Player of the Night for Thursday, August 9. 

Wass was perfect at the plate as he went 4-for-4 with three RBI and four runs scored. He would record two doubles and two home runs, which gives him nine doubles and eight home runs on the season. 

The Huskies won the game 11-4. Thunder Bay will host the Huskies on Friday for a 7:05 p.m. ET start. 


*Rochester’s Justin Parr (Illinois) also had a memorable night as he went 4-for-5 with four RBI and finished a triple shy of hitting for the cycle.
