WAUSAU, Wis. (August 13, 2012) – La Crosse Loggers starting pitcher Zach Wright (Washington) earned the honor of Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night for Monday, August 13. 

Wright threw 2.1 innings of relief for the Loggers in game one of the South Divisional Playoff Series. He allowed no runs on just two hits and struck out three Wisconsin batters. Wright also earned the win.

The Loggers won the game over the Woodchucks, 14-6. Game two of the series is on Tuesday in La Crosse with the first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
