La Crosse, WI (June 2nd, 2013)–After winning the 2012 Northwoods League title, the Loggers returned home and got an outstanding performance from Collin Monsour (California).
After getting three early runs of support, Monsour was able to settle in and hold the visiting Wisconsin Rapids Rafters scoreless over 6.1 innings while allowing only two hits. Monsour also struck out four on the night.
The two teams will resume the series Monday night at 7:05 in La Crosse.
