Duluth, Minn (June 10th, 2013)–The Mankato MoonDogs got a great starting effort out of Julian Esquibel (Faulkner) on Monday for a win in their first game of a double-header in Duluth.
Esquibel threw seven shutout innings in the complete-game effort while allowing only five hits and striking out five batters. He picked up the win in his first start on the season.
Mankato will host Willmar Tuesday night at 7:05.
