Willmar, Minn (June 19th, 2013)–The Willmar Stingers continued to win on Wednesday night as they took out the Alexandria Blue Anchors. The Stingers were led on offense by Zack Tillery (Florida Gulf Coast).
Tillery was 3/4 on the night, but one of his hits was a big one: a grand slam in the bottom of the first inning to set the tone for the game. Tillery is batting .474 through 38 at bats on the year.
The Stingers will head to Mankato on Thursday for a double header starting at 6:05.
