Green Bay, WI (June 27th, 2013)–The Battle Creek Bombers found themselves in a close contest on Thursday night, and the primary reason was starter David Stagg (Heartland CC).
Stagg pitched six innings and allowed only two hits, one walk, and one run. Stagg was also able to strike out six hitters, though he was left with a no-decision.
The Bombers will take on the Bullfrogs in Green Bay at 7:05 on Friday night.
