La Crosse, WI (June 28th, 2013)–The La Crosse Loggers needed to come up big on Friday to get a key win as the first half winds down. Thanks to Johnny Bekakis (Long Beach State), they were able to do so.
Bekakis had a huge night as he hit a pair of homers and drove in four RBI to lead the Loggers to the win. On the season, Bekakis is batting .283 with 16 runs and 26 RBI in just 106 at bats.
The Loggers travel to Wisconsin Rapids for a 6:05 game on Saturday.
