Waterloo, IA (July 15th, 2013)–On a night typically reserved for watching Major League players hit the cover off of a few baseballs, fans in Waterloo got to witness a no-hitter.
Jacob Stone (Weatherford CC) accomplished the feat with 121 pitches, two walks, and seven strikeouts. Stone got plenty of offense in support as he accomplished one of baseball’s greatest feats.
The Waterloo Bucks will look to keep rolling at home on Tuesday at 6:35 against Willmar.
