Thunder Bay, Ontario (August 5th, 2013)–The Rochester Honkers turned in one of their best efforts on the season as they downed the Border Cats on Monday in Thunder Bay. While their offense was on fire late, their best effort came from Matt Kent (Texas A&M) on the mound.

Kent turned in one of the best starts in the Northwoods League this season as he went eight innings on Monday. Kent allowed just two hits, walked no batters, and struck out 11 while allowing just one run.

Rochester heads home on Tuesday to play Battle Creek at 7:05.
