Duluth, Minn (August 16th, 2013)–The Madison Mallards won their second Summer Collegiate World Series behind a strong offensive performance and a great effort on the mound from Andrew Arenson (Carthage College).

Arenson pitched five innings and allowed just one run. He gave up four hits and three walks, but he was able to strand the majority of runners to keep the Huskies down as the offense built a huge lead.

The Mallards won their second Northwoods League title and first since 2004.
