St. Cloud, MN-The St. Cloud Rox Baseball Club has announced that Kelly McCall has been promoted to Director of Marketing & Promotions.  McCall served as the Rox Promotional Coordinator during the 2013 season. 
 
“Kelly did an outstanding job as the Rox Promotional Coordinator this past season.  She brings an enormous amount of energy and passion to our fans and corporate partners.  She deserves an opportunity to showcase her skills at a higher level,” said Rox Vice President Scott Schreiner.
 
McCall is originally from Clear Lake, Minnesota.  She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado. “I’m excited to be continuing my career with the Rox! I’m looking forward to working with all of our awesome corporate partners, host families and fans again. I love being a part of this organization and I’m already looking forward to a fun 2014 season,” said McCall.
 
McCall, who started her new position this week, will work closely with Rox corporate partners crafting marketing opportunities and ticket packages. She will also be directly involved with the creation and implementation of all promotions.
 
The St. Cloud Rox Baseball Club is a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League. Playing its 21st season of summer collegiate baseball, the Northwoods League is drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind. A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 116 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including MLB All-Stars Max Scherzer (DET), Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYY), Allen Craig (STL) and Ben Zobrist (TB). All league games are viewable live and free of charge via the Northwoods League YouTube channel.
