Shirt to Include Ticket to Strikeout Cancer Night, Raise Funds for Caitlyn's Favorite Charities

Caitlyn Jackson Jersey EDITEDBATTLE CREEK, MI--The Battle Creek Bombers recently announced the tragic passing of one of their own, Caitlyn Jackson.  To honor Caitlyn, the Bombers plan to wear special “Caitlyn’s Crusaders” jerseys during their annual Strikeout Cancer Night.

Today, due to overwhelming demand, the Bombers decided to offer a limited edition Caitlyn’s Crusaders replica t-shirt.  The Bombers plan to support some of Caitlyn’s favorite charities with much of the proceeds.

Also, with every t-shirt purchased, buyers will receive a free ticket to the Battle Creek Bombers 2014 Strikeout Cancer Night.  Exact time and date will be announced as soon as that is available.  At the time of purchase, fans also have the option to buy and donate Strikeout Cancer Night game tickets to Cancer Families United – one of Caitlyn’s favorite organizations.

General Manager Anthony Iovieno made the announcement, adding “We gave this idea a lot of thought, and asked the Jackson family for their input.  With their support, we are proud to offer this t-shirt in memory of Caitlyn.  We also hope this will help create a huge crowd for Strikeout Cancer Night, which is something I think Caitlyn would have liked to see.  This program will also allow fans to donate tickets to some of Caitlyn’s favorite people over at Cancer Families United as well”.

Fans may pre-order their Caitlyn’s Crusaders t-shirts by visiting www.battlecreekbombers.com or by calling the front office at (269)-962-0735.  The Bombers believe the t-shirt will be ready for delivery or pick-up within 3-5 business days.
