Eau Claire, WI – The Eau Claire Express announced today that two players from the University of Montevallo have joined the Express 2015 roster. Collin Dupree (Util) and Kale Latorre (RHP) will join the Express for the 2015 season.

Collin Dupree (Util) is entering his freshman season with the Falcons hailing from Madison, Alabama and Bob Jones High School. In his junior season, Dupree hit for a .366 average including one homer, 24 RBI, and a .458 on-base percentage.

Kale Latorre (RHP) is also entering his freshman season with Montevallo having played at West Orange High School in Orlando, Florida. Latorre was an All-American Honorable mention in 2013 and was the Perfect Game 30th best shortstop in the Florida Class of 2013. In his junior season, Latorre batted .286 with two home runs and 12 runs batted in.

The Express begin their 11th season of play in the Northwoods League on May 26th as they take on the Border Cats in Thunder Bay. Eau Claire’s home opener is scheduled for May 28th versus the Duluth Huskies. First pitch of that contest will be at 6:35 PM. Season tickets and voucher packs are on sale now and single-game tickets will go on sale May 1st.
