Wausau, WIS- The Woodchucks announced the addition of Cody Whiting, a RHP from Texas A&M, to their 2015 roster today.
Whiting a 6’3 sophomore from Tomball, TX transferred into Texas A&M from Crowder College in Neosho, MO. Whiting had a 7-0 record as a redshirt freshman at Crowder College. He started 11 games, registering a 2.59 ERA and 76 strikeouts in 62.2 innings, averaging 10.9 strikeouts per nine innings to help the Roughriders to a Region 16 title.
The WISCONSIN WOODCHUCKS Home Opener is Friday, May 29th in the newly renovated Athletic Park with Post Game Fireworks presented by Ministry Health Care. Single game ticket will go on sale in April for the 2015 season.
