Wausau, WIS- The Woodchucks announced the addition of Ty Black, a third baseman for the Ohio Bobcats, today.
Black, a 6’2 sophomore from Waynesville, OH, was named the Madness Mid-American Player of the Week on March 10, 2015 by College Sports Madness. Black is batting .286 so far in 2015 with 28 hits, 1 home run and 14 rbis. With a fielding percentage of .892 he has recorded 14 putouts. Black
The WISCONSIN WOODCHUCKS Home Opener is Friday, May 29th in the newly renovated Athletic Park with Post Game Fireworks presented by Ministry Health Care. Single game ticket will go on sale in April for the 2015 season.
