Stingers take care of Loggers behind Lydon’s complete game.

Willmar took game one of their interleague series against La Crosse backed by a dynamic pitching performance from their starting pitcher.

Will Lydon took the mound in La Crosse tonight and sent the hometown fans unhappy, as he completely dominated the Loggers' lineup. Lydon threw all nine innings, needing 104 pitches and surrendered just one run on five hits, and struck out seven batters. Lydon, a sophomore right-hander from Pacific, has now won both of his first two starts of the season, as well as owning a 0.64 ERA through 14 innings pitched.

The Stingers will look for the series sweep in La Crosse, first pitch scheduled for 7:05 PM.
