The Waterloo Bucks rebounded from their devastating loss last night in Kalamazoo, backed by a terrific pitching performance from their starting pitcher.

Carson McPherson completely shut down the Kalamazoo lineup, allowing no runs on four hits and punching out eight Growlers batters. The sophomore from Murray State improved his record to 2-1, owning a 5.00 ERA, striking out 18 through 18 innings.

The Bucks will look to retain their North Division lead, as they continue their interleague play in Battle Creek, starting at 7:05 PM.
