Hidden behind Pitcher of the Night Will Lydon's tremendous performance, was Stingers outfielder Storm Wilson, who paced the Willmar offense to their 12th victory, as they defeated Thunder Bay 7-0.

The sophomore left-handed hitter from Kentucky put on a show at the plate, going 2-for-4, with a home run, triple, four RBIs, and scored twice. Wilson has proven to be one of the most feared hitters in the Stingers lineup, sporting a .313 batting average and .410 on-base percentage, as well as hitting 2 home runs and 12 RBIs.

Wilson and the Stingers hope to continue their hot-streak as they will look to take game three in Thunder Bay, first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
