The Loggers split their road series in Battle Creek, defeating the Bombers 7-1 behind another impressive outing from the starting pitcher Kevin Flemer. 

Flemer overpowered the entire Bombers lineup, tossing eight innings, allowing one run (no earned), surrendering just two hits and striking out four, as he picked up his second straight victory. The sophomore from Oregon State has been an absolute stud in his first two starts, as he has not allowed an earned run through 14 innings pitched, while striking out seven batters.

La Crosse will look to continue their push into a playoff spot as they travel to Kenosha to begin their two-game series; first pitch is schedule for 7:05 PM.
