The Chinooks cruised to a 16-4 blow out over Wisconsin Rapids, highlighted by their shortstop Anthony Massicci great display at the plate, as Lakeshore remains a game out from second place in the South.
Massicci went 4-for-5 in the rout, hitting two doubles and knocking in three RBIs, while scoring twice, as he filled the stat sheet all game. The junior from Canisius has been great in the short role on Lakeshore, hitting .395 with 15 hits and 7 RBIs, recording seven hits in his last three games.
Lakeshore continues to add to their win streak as they travel to Green Bay for a critical series Tuesday starting at 7:05 PM.
