The Express fell to the North-leading Stingers 8-6, dropping to 12-20 in the first half, however outfielder Brady Burzynski turned in a sensational night at the plate in the loss. 

Burzynski went a perfect 5-for-5 at the dish, while scoring twice. The junior from UW-Stout has grown into a leader amongst the Eau Claire lineup, owning a team-best .342 batting average, with a home run and 10 RBIs, and is fifth in the Northwoods League with 38 hits. 

Burzynski and the Express will look for the series split in Willmar, with first pitch scheduled for 6:05 PM.
