The Bullfrogs took the nightcap of their interleague doubleheader against St. Cloud, winning 1-0, backed by a sensational performance from their senior pitcher from Dayton.

Sam Brunner was a star on his 22nd birthday, tossing seven shutout innings, allowing just four hits, while tying a season-high with eight strikeouts, winning his fourth game. The right-hander has been a huge part of the Green Bay rotation, owning a 4-2 record, striking out a terrific 45 batters through just 43 innings of work. 

The Bullfrogs and Rox faceoff again tomorrow night with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 PM.
