The Mankato MoonDogs shocked the host Willmar Stingers Sunday, battling back to take the series sweep, winning 4-3 as they were led by their 3rd baseman Craig Nennig. 

Nennig propelled his team to their third consecutive victory, going 3-for-4, with a double and recording his fourth home run of the season, while finishing with three RBIs. The senior from Ohio State has been a consistent bat all season amongst the Mankato lineup with a .258 batting average, hitting 4 home runs and knocking in 29 RBIs. Nennig is also third on the team with 48 hits and has scored 31 times, which is good for second on Mankato. 

Nennig and the MoonDogs look to extend their win streak to four games, hosting Lakeshore for interleague play beginning at 7:05 PM.
