Ethan Cole (University of Minnesota-Duluth) went 1-for-5 with a solo home run. Jayden Duplantier (University of Texas at Austin) went 2-for-3 with one stolen base. Brayden Curtis (University Nebraska Omaha) earned the win throwing six scoreless innings with six strikeouts allowing three hits with two walks.
Rockford 9, Traverse City 3
The Rockford Rivets score five in the seventh to help take down the Traverse City Pit Spitters 9-3. Nick Demarco (Notre Dame) went 2-for-4 scoring once with a double, one RBI, and one stolen base.
