The Rockford Rivets received a big outing from their starting pitcher in their walk-off victory taking down the Kalamazoo Growlers 3-2. Landen Southern (Anderson University) had a stellar performance throwing six scoreless innings with eleven strikeouts allowing two hits and one walk. Southern earned the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night award.
