The Thunder Bay Border Cats walk it off to take down the Rochester Honkers 2-1. Brody Chrisman (Purdue University (IN)) went 2-for-4 with a double and one RBI. Ty Brooks (University of South Alabama) went 2-for-4 with one stolen base. Caleb Bunch (Northwestern State University (LA)) had a solid outing throwing seven scoreless innings with nine strikeouts allowing two hits and one walk. Max Ramirez IV (Niagara University (NY)) earned the win throwing one scoreless innings allowing zero hits or walks.
Rockford 2, Traverse City 1
The Rockford Rivets hold the Traverse City Pit Spitters beating them 2-1. Ryan Bakes (University of South Carolina) went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run. Brayden Bakes (Indiana University) went 2-for-4 with a double and one stolen base. Vahn Lackey (Georgia Tech) went 1-for-3 with a solo home run. Jt Sokolove (Illinois State University) went 1-for-4 with one stolen base. Christian Morel (University of Tampa) earned the win throwing four innings with three strikeouts allowing one hit and one run.
Green Bay 13, Battle Creek 11
The Green Bay Rockers scored seven in the third to defeat the Battle Creek Battle Jacks 13-11. Lukas Torres (Wagner College) went 1-for-5 scoring once with a double and two RBI. Nick Harms (Case Western Reserve University) went 2-for-6 scoring twice with a double and a triple, collecting one RBI. Taylor Shultz (Georgia State University) went 3-for-6 scoring once with a double and one RBI. Seth Farni (University of Mississippi) went 3-for-4 scoring twice with one RBI. Cayden Wotipka (Lower Columbia) went 3-for-5 scoring twice with a double and three RBI. Alex Fernandes (University of Memphis) went 4-for-6 scoring three times with one stolen base. The Willmar Stingers have a monster third inning scoring eight runs to help beat the Bismarck Larks 14-5.
